No More Plain Baked Potatoes At Our House!

Have you ever had a stuffed baked potato? Even if just from a drive-thru restaurant, they are pretty darn good. That’s the only way that I ever had them, and that’s because I used to work at one. After I stopped working there, I never had them again. It just didn’t seem like something that I would make at home. It was easy to do at work, because they were constantly being made and we needed all the ingredients. I didn’t want to make a big portion of ingredients to just make one stuffed potato.

After I got married, that all changed. My husband and I spent a lot of time together cooking in the kitchen. That was one of the reasons that I married him. I knew that I wasn’t going to be stuck doing all the work all the time.

The Seasoned Mom offered an amazing recipe for a stuffed potato that we just had to try. We made them once, and we haven’t taken them off of our regular list of dinner items since! They are so filling, you don’t need anything else to go with them.
