It was just my daughter and I that were home for dinner one night not too long ago. I wanted to make something that we would both really enjoy, as well as something that she could help me make. She’s 10 now so she has a lot of interest in getting things done in the kitchen. It’s great news for me. Finally, I will get some help! So, I decided to go with these pizzadillas that I found on The Recipe Rebel. I had made pizzadillas before, but never like this. I always did the traditional pepperoni.
I had never even considered making them any other way before, which may seem silly, but the truth is, pepperoni and cheese is the only way that my kids and husband will eat them. Except for my daughter. She’s like her mom and likes to try out different flavor combinations.
Hawaiian pizza is a favorite pizza type of mine, so I figured these would be good. I was wrong, they were delicious! We each ate a whole one ourselves that first time! Stuffed to the brim, but it was worth it.

Quick Tip: Pepperoni and regular pizza sauce is a great combination.
