In the winter and fall months, I love making cookies, cakes, and pies. When the summer hits, I don’t want to give up on my desserts, but I’d rather make something a bit lighter. You don’t want something heavy weighing you down when you are trying to be active outside enjoying the sun and warm temperatures. When I was brainstorming some ideas one day, I remembered a fluff that my Grandma used to make for us all the time. It was so light and well, fluffy.
I just had to find that recipe card. I called around to everyone in my family who I thought might have it. I finally located it at my cousin Jenny’s house. She was more than happy to share it with me, thankfully. It was just like this recipe from Recipe Lion actually.
There was no hesitation on my part making it. In fact, I whipped it together that very same weekend. It was just as scrumptious and yummy in my tummy as what I remembered. I was so happy to share it with my kids. They loved it just as much as I do!
