I’m a little nutty over peanut butter. I love it so much! I could spread some creamy peanut butter over almost anything and then eat it! I have to admit that I am still loving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches even as an adult. Peanut butter anything is one of those things that just has great density to it. You can have a peanut butter snack and actually feel full. I am all about snacks and foods that are satisfying.
With all of that said, I love to cook entree dishes with peanut butter. My absolute favorite is Peanut Butter Chicken. This receipt is so easy to make! You might think that it would be a little difficult to make the sauce, but it is so easy. Then you just throw it in then crock pot and go about your day. Can’t get much easier than that! I’ll take it! This recipe is a favorite amongst my family too.
My family wasn’t too sure when I said peanut butter and chicken in the same sentence. But they absolutely loved it the first time that we tried it and now it’s a regular in our household. The peanut butter sauce is so creamy and flavorful. It pairs very well with the chicken. Throw it over some rice or noodles and you will be in peanut butter heaven! Try this recipe out and you will see how exactly what I am talking about!
