We need to address this issue sooner or later- other than fish, what is your favorite seafood? In our family, we have two- shrimp and squids. My husband and I love calamari so much that we order it a lot whenever we go out with friends. We love the chewy texture of the squid along with the soft and flavorful batter that covers it. We also love grilled squid, but you might have a bit of a jaw exercise with that. However, there is nothing that will take the top spot other than shrimps-they’re the best seafood ingredient ever.
The thing about shrimps though is that it’s one of the most common seafood. We use it in pastas, in rice, in stews, and in soups. While we love shrimps, we are looking for new recipes sometimes.
This recipe that I am about to share with you is one of the recipes that I recently found. It’s called ginger-scallion shrimp, which came from Katie Hunt via Shockingly Delicious. It offers a different flavor, something that might surprise you.
This seafood recipe will become everyone’s instant favorite. Even those that do not care for shrimps that much will fall in love with this. You will appreciate every bit of this recipe.
You can serve these shrimps as side dishes to any main course. You can also serve these shrimps as the main course itself. It’s up to you how you want to enjoy this.
