Lasagna has gone the sweet route and it couldn’t get any better than that. I have been making this dessert recipe for months and until now, I can’t get over how extremely sinful this dessert it. I feel like one slice should be enough to send you to dessert heaven because of all the sinful things in there! HAVE YOU SEEN THIS AMAZING DESSERT? My goodness! It’s heaven indeed in a dessert casserole dish!
I discovered this when I was faced by a small problem before. Well, it wasn’t really a problem, but I needed help for that one so I could retain my sanity. That job was really hard, you know.
I was talking about babysitting my nephews and nieces along with my sons. They were at that age where they think everything is an adventure so it’s hard to contain them in one place. And for me to handle all of those, I had to have a strategy!
The strategy comes in the form of this peanut butter cookie lasagna. I know it’s not good to load them up with sugar, but they actually behaved when I told them I would be making it. Yes, I showed them the picture; let’s say that was an investment on my part.
They loved the lasagna! They kept calling me Auntie Love by the end of their little snacks. I made sure to serve them just enough though.
I didn’t want their parents to suffer the effect of “kids in sugar overload.”

Quick Tip: To speed up the softening of the cookies, halve them lengthwise (don’t worry about the cream) and layer them halved. Or you could even chop the cookies and use chopped cookies in the layers.
