When I first tried making these pecan and pretzel crusted baked chicken tenders for my family, I was hailed as a hero. My family is a huge fan of chicken. Any chicken dish will be enough to make all of our mouths water. However, our most favorite is probably breaded chicken.
Chicken parts rolled in breading of any kind (whether it be panko, Italian bread crumbs, Ritz, or cheetos) is our ultimate weakness. My husband’s favorite is chicken breast rolled in Pringles. He loves the flavor of the plain one the most because it’s not as strong as the other Pringle flavors.
I prefer panko bread crumbs because I am a fan of katsu. My sons on the other hand love Cheetos as the breading. I have a lot of adorable pictures of their cheese-smeared faces on my phone!
Dine and Dish’s pecan and pretzel crusted baked chicken tenders are something new to me and my family. However, because of their amazing flavor, they instantly become a family favorite! I felt like a hero after making it for the first time.
The joyful look on the faces of my husband and my kids are too good to be true. I can’t blame them. These chicken tenders are delicious! They are crunchy outside, but still juicy and moist inside. They’re the perfect finger food for every occasion! A copy of this recipe is posted on the next page. Please don’t hesitate to head over there to get the list of ingredients and instructions!
