After a phone call with my mother yesterday I realized that Thanksgiving is just around the bend and I won’t be spending it with her. That makes me sad but on the bright side, she shared some of her most famous recipes with me and that made me smile 🙂 You see, I live in Pennsylvania and my mom and dad live in Michigan. So, anyway, mom was telling me what she likes to do with leftover Thanksgiving turkey meat.
