I was racking my brain the other day trying to think of the perfect dessert to take to my cousin’s baby shower. Everyone always brings some sort of chocolate dessert to these things so I wanted to avoid anything like that for the sake of being different. However, I wanted my dessert to be “pretty.” Baby shower desserts are supposed to be dainty and sweet, right? I
happened upon this lovely kiwi pie dessert and knew that I had a winner. Not only is this pie “pretty” it is easy to make! Plus, all pregnant ladies like fruit, right?
So I got my baking gear out, gathered the ingredients, and settled in to make this lovely kiwi pie. It was a lot easier than what I thought it was going to be and the pie turned out looking great! As you can see from the picture I definitely mastered the “pretty” component. Needless to say, the mom-to-be loved it and had seconds 🙂
