If you’re a fan of baked beans you are really going to be impressed by this sweetened version of the magical fruit that makes you toot.
It seems like every time I’m invited to a family gathering or holiday meal I am put in charge of making the baked beans. I guess I should take this as a compliment because it must mean that I’m good at making the little buggers. However, this past holiday season I wanted to change things up a bit. So, I decided to add pineapple to my recipe as well as a sweet Vidalia onion. I experimented with this recipe on my family first to make sure it was worth a lick. Let me tell ya, it was!
My family raved and raved about this pineapple baked bean recipe. Even my youngest child, who hates onions, said that it was good and asked for seconds. Mom win!
You are probably just dying for the recipe, right? Never fear! You’ll find all of the yummy details on the next page. Woohoo!
