As a little girl, I can remember visiting with my grandparents quite a bit. As they got older, they participated in the Meals On Wheels program. I can recall the program bringing them chicken cordon bleu. It wasn’t in casserole form but it was really good! grandpa always lets me have his because he didn’t like it.
