Want to know how to get your kids to eat their vegetables? Make this casserole.
Nothing makes a mother more jealous than having another mother getting her kids to do something that she can’t. Case in point: About two weeks ago I was complaining to my neighbor Sally about how my children will not eat any veggies whatsoever. The only vegetables they will eat are potato chips. Sally bet me that she could get my little ones to not only eat their veggies but actually ask for me. I snickered but agreed with her challenge. Little did I know, sally had a recipe for crispy carrot and zucchini casserole and it won my children’s hearts.
My kids were eating seconds of this stuff found on Bless Us O Lord. cAn you believe that? I’m one jealous mama…but also happy 🙂
Anyway, I bet you are biting at the bit to get your hands on this delicious recipe, yes? Well, wait no more, my friend. Simply flip over to the next page for a complete list of ingredients and instructions. Enjoy!
