You Won’t BELIEVE Which Ingredient Is Missing From These Scrumptious Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip peanut butter cookies are one of my favorite desserts to make and eat. They require minimal ingredients and effort. You’ll have a batch of these babies whipped up in no time flat! I think I’ll make some for my next family get-together. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this amazing recipe on the Rockin Robin YouTube channel. That lady really knows her way around the kitchen and this delicious pecan bar recipe proves it!

Will you be making this delicious dessert for your family, tonight? Please let me know in the comments what you thought of it. Will you be making it again?

Ingredients

1 heaping cup of Jiff peanut butter
⅓ cup coconut sugar
⅓ cup Domino light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
½ tsp. McCormick Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup peanuts
½ cup Toll House milk chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the peanut butter, coconut sugar, brown sugar, egg vanilla, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until well combined.

You will notice the dough is a bit crumbly. Add the peanuts and the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix briefly with the mixer.

Using a scoop place some dough into your hand and squeeze it into a ball. Place all the balls of dough onto your cookie sheet which is lined with a silpat mat or parchment paper.

Once all the balls are on the cookie sheet, take a fork and press the cookies down leaving those tell-tale lines of a peanut butter cookie.

Place the cookies into the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. When you take them out of the oven let the cookies sit in the pan to cool for 5 to 6 minutes before placing them to on a cooling rack to cool completely.
