This Cake Is Fudging Awesome!
My husband and I have been together for twenty years. You’d think he has learned to know my quirks well enough by now, right? So that he knows when I am in desperate need of chocolate and it’s in everyone’s best interest if he just throws somethin’ chocolaty my way, and runs for cover. But somehow, he still fails to see the signs – and the poor man has to face another crazy-lady-tantrum, through no fault of his own.
But I think he is slowly getting there, and in another 20 years he’ll probably be an expert! A couple of weeks ago I was having the worst day ever (or at least that’s what it felt like, at the time). My car broke down, I lost my keys, I was sooo hungry and it took me hours to shop for groceries. By the time I got home, I was just plain mad.
But you know what my husband had done? He had called my mother to get this delicious recipe, and he had actually. Made. Me. This Cake. I almost cried! And it was super delicious!
