The Green Goddess Of Bundt Cakes – Pistachio!

Make this yummy green cake for Christmas and garnish with red berries.

People say that the company you keep will show who you are as a person- I think this is true. My different sets of friends have reputations that are applicable to everyone in those groups. Like for example, one set of friends that I have, those from college, are artists and writers. People find us weird, but it’s a good kind of weird. They know that we’re an interesting bunch. When I married my now husband, I knew I would be associated with him. And it’s mostly all about food.

Why did I start talking about that? Well, it’s because of this chocolate chip pistachio bundt cake recipe that I found. My husband and I have a lot of things in common, and one of those is our love for chocolates and nuts.

We always crave for them! The good thing about it is that we crave at the same time so I do not need to repeat the same food. We jive so much that people thought we’re really tied at the soul!

Anyway, you should definitely try this chocolate chip pistachio pound cake recipe. It’s nutty, it’s chocolaty, and it’s full of all those goodies you want in a cake. It’s a hit with my family- even my kids love this cake.
