This Bread Disappears Faster Than a Toupee In a Hurricane!

Move Fast Or You Won’t Stand a Chance!

Here’s a combination of flavors that makes my sweet tooth sing hallelujah! This cranberry bread with a hint of lemon is not like any other recipe I’ve tried before. There have been quite a few over the years but the first time I made this one from Good Dinner Mom, I thought; “Jackpot!”

Sally has really put together the perfect holiday dessert recipe – or maybe you’d rather call this breakfast? I don’t know – I might even have this for dinner, honestly.

And it’s not just a holiday recipe, either. There’s no way I can let a recipe this delicious just sit there in the back of the cupboard for a whole year. Nope! I would much rather make this once a month, thank you very much.

I think what gives this bread that “something extra” is that there’s lemon both, in the bread itself and in the glaze. Feel free to add even more lemon if you’d like this to be wonderfully tangy. Or maybe you’d rather drizzle this bread with melted white chocolate? I wouldn’t mind that, either!

Quick Tip: This bread is super delicious even without the glaze, if you’d like to keep the calorie count low.
