What happens when you poke a bunch of holes in a cake and pour pudding over the top?
Magic! That’s what! Seriously, this cake should be called magic cake and not Boston Cream poke cake. One bite of this stuff and your taste buds will be on cloud 9. Plus, this poke cake is super easy to make. My kiddos enjoy helping me poke the holes in the cake. We use the opposite end of a wooden spoon. It works like a charm.
My mother used to make poke cakes all the time for holiday events and church potlucks. Everyone always loved them.
