Now that we know how tasty and simple this stuffing is, we never eat it any other way. Not only do we have it for Thanksgiving, but it’s also on the menu for Christmas and Easter too. Whenever I want to have stuffing with a meal at home this is the route I go too. It makes the whole house smell just incredible. It’s such a warm and comforting dish, it just makes me feel fuzzy all over. Try it for yourself and see what I mean!
If I had any idea how easy this was, I would have been making it a long time ago!
12 cups bread crumbs
2 cups celery
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried Margerum pepper
1 1/2 cup Swanson chicken broth
1/4 cup melted Country Crock margarine
Mix dry ingredients.
Add broth and margarine and toss.
Cook 4 to 5 hours in your crock pot
