Seriously, folks, that’s an understatement. This dessert is large and in charge! It contains strawberries, pudding, cake, and whipped cream. All of these ingredients are layered on top of each other in a classic see-through punch bowl. The end result looks more like art than something you eat. Edible art? I think so! My mother used to make a dessert just like this when I was a little girl. We all loved it.
When my mom would make her layered strawberry punch bowl dessert she would call it a “strawberry hurricane”. I found this to be the perfect name for such a blizzard of yumminess.
