Delicious Cranberry Orange Amish Friendship Bread

Pudding makes this bread incredibly moist. Just wait until you try it! Seriously, I cannot believe what it does to this bread. The flavors of cranberry and orange are complemented nicely by the soft and smooth vanilla pudding. This bread is certainly bakesale worthy. i bet people would pay top dollar for a loaf of this yummy goodness. Whenever I make this bread I also bake two loaves because they go so fast.

Check out what our pals over at Friendship Bread Kitchen had to say about this delightful recipe:

With the addition of chopped nuts, this recipe makes a hearty breakfast muffin. Instead of loaf pans, fill 22-24 cupcake or muffin tins with batter and bake for 25 minutes.

Sounds good to me!
