Feeling Chilled? Warm Up With Hot And Hearty Asparagus And Lamb Stew

When I think of stew I think of the beef variety that we all eat during those harsh winter months. However, there’s a new kid on the block and his name is lamb stew with asparagus. You guys, this stew is absolutely amazing. I did not know that lamb could taste so good! I find the meat to be tender and easy to chew. It’s probably all about how you cook it but lamb meat is far more chewable than some cuts of beef that I’ve come across. Your family is really going to enjoy this veggie-laden stew and I know that you’ll be making it again for years to come!

I couldn’t agree more! I have cherry tomatoes growing in my garden and I’m going to harvest them for this very special lamb stew. Tasty!
