My Kids Are Crazy About This Baked Pasta Dish
My youngest son and I have been enjoying preparing foods this week that we don’t often get to eat when the hubby/dad (he’s a little picky) is home. Hubby/dad is away for training enjoying room service and lunches with the company big-wigs. He is truly missed and we cannot wait until he is home with us again.
With that being said, the mister will sure have some yummy new recipes to come home to! Such as this beef and mozzarella baked rotini. It’s a real show-stopper.
The cheese clings perfectly to the pasta making sure that you get a mouthful of mozzarella in every bite. This baked pasta has a nice flavor from the blend of mozzarella and parmesan and not much heat, unless you’d like to add some hot sauce. Personally, I would have turned it up a couple more notches but didn’t want to set my son on fire.
Adjust the seasonings to your taste and enjoy. I’ve canned plenty of homemade tomato sauce, so I used it for this dish. It turned out pretty ding dang good!
