I am a mega fan of the almighty whoopie pie. I can recall ladies from my church having whoopie pie parties and making literally hundreds of the things. They would sell them at bake sales or serve them during church functions. What a fun memory! I remember my mom used to get mad when we would sneak a top or bottom of the pies because this meant she’d be short one too or bottom. Haha!
