Table-Topping Turkey Tetrazzini Treats Taste Buds Terrifically!

What do you do with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving?

Or even if it isn’t Thanksgiving. Turkey is so much bigger than chicken; and if you have a small family, you will always worry about the leftover ones. In my case, I make a turkey sandwich spread. A bottle of my favorite mayonnaise (I love the not-sweet variety), cheese, shredded turkey, and fish sauce and pepper to taste. There are times that I add pineapples too; draining the extra juice first because I didn’t want a tangy sandwich spread.

I use leftover turkey for pasta too. Nothing’s better than a simple pasta made of shredded turkey and cream. Sprinkle cheese on top and it’ll be a perfect food for dinner. This recipe by Mr. Food offers a tasty turkey pasta recipe that brings out the natural taste of roasted turkey.
