Mountain Man Squash Casserole Will Fill You Up

I am a huge fan of sweet potato casserole, especially during the holidays.

However, I think I can truly swap out the sweet potatoes for squash this year. This squash casserole is unbelievably delicious! It is smooth, creamy, and super sweet with its lovely crumb topping. Whenever I eat this stuff I feel like it’s Thanksgiving all over again. And you want to know something else? Squash casserole is seriously easy to make. It only requires a few ingredients and some basic steps. Before you know it, you’ll have a little piece of heaven Dixie on your plate! Yum!

I think I’m going to be making this tasty squash casserole for Christmas dinner. Who says the fun has to stop at Thanksgiving? I can almost taste the creamy squash in my mouth right now as I type this. So delicious!

Quick Tip: I like to allow the top of the casserole to sit under the broiler for a few minutes so that it gets brown and turns crisp.
