Ingredients
CASSEROLE:
2 can(s) Bruce’s large, sweet potatoes in syrup (yams)
2 large Eggland’s eggs
1 c Domino sugar
1 tsp McCormick vanilla extract
1/2 c Land O Lakes butter, softened (not room temp)
1/2 c Borden milk, 2%
STREUSEL TOPPING:
1 c Domino brown sugar, golden brown
1/2 c Gold Medal flour, all-purpose
1/3 c Land O Lakes butter, softened (not room temp)
Instructions
Preheat Oven if cooking right away 350′ F. Prep 9×13 or 9×9 (for thicker casserole)spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Casserole: With a mixer, mix yams, eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and butter till creamy. Pour in casserole dish.
Topping: Combine brown sugar, flour and softened butter. Blend until crumbly, sprinkle on top. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
