Breaded Pork Chops With Only A 5-Minute Prep? I’ll Take It!

I was able to attend one of my niece’s school function last year.

It was some sort of national costume parade and every kid was participating. My niece was in a mini kimono since Japan was assigned to her. She looked so good in it and with her hair in a simple knot that I had to shower her with kisses that annoyed her. All of the participants would parade in the entire school grounds while everyone watched. They would also sing a song at the end of the parade.

Prior to the parade, my niece was already in a bad mood. The heat was getting to her and my sister-in-law said that she didn’t eat any breakfast that morning. She was really a bit irritated and didn’t want to fall in line along with the rest of the participants.

Most of her classmates were already pointing at her, but she didn’t care. She truly didn’t want to for some reason. The only way that Andy was able to get her to fall in line was to tell her that we would have her favorite pork chops for lunch after the program.

And that her mom would make it when we got home. It worked! She still wasn’t in the best mood, but she paraded along with the others.

Andy cooked us the most delicious pork chops when we came home. And my niece has truly looked better after eating.
