The Cheesiest, Pleasiest Gosh Darn Casserole You’ll Eat All Week

Whenever it comes time to plan dinner, it’s no secret that I’m not very original.

My poor family has to eat the same six or seven meals over and over again. Then, on the last day, or on a super busy day, I will order take out or make a frozen pizza. Yay! Not really. So, when I got tired of doing up the same dishes over and over again, I decided that I needed to do some research. After all, I have had to research everything else I have learned in my life to some point or another, why not cooking?

I found a recipe for crab casserole on the web, and was intrigued, to say the least. We love seafood at our house, but I never really know what to do with it besides making a shrimp alfredo once and a while. It looked like this recipe was going to take some planning, so I got to work. It wasn’t as hard to put together as I thought.

The end result was worth every second of research, planning, and executing that I did too. My family couldn’t stop talking about how yummy this was. I can see this going on our table a whole lot in the future. I’m always looking for new recipes like this gold mine I found!
