Pumpkin Spice And Everything Nice In These Dark Chocolate Truffles!

Better Than Any I’ve Had From A Candy Shop!

Oh, yay! It’s officially pumpkin spice season again! I’m not sure if you can tell but fall is my favorite time of year! Ok, let’s settle down a little. But only because I want to be very sure you understand that you’re about to see the yummiest truffle recipe ever. These are incredibly moist and sweet, not bitter at all, and – ta-dah! They’re filled with autumn flavors, a.k.a. pumpkin spice! I am so in love with these!

There’s one thing missing from these, though, and you’re not going to believe it when you give these a try. There’s no sugar on the ingredient list! That’s right, none. The sweetness comes from the dates and the maple syrup, and it’s perfectly enough – in fact, I would call these the best truffles EVER.

Go crazy with the decorations, or don’t add any at all. It really doesn’t matter – it’s the flavor that counts. I’m dying to give these a try with white chocolate instead of dark, and I kind of want to try rolling these in shredded coconut, too!
