This 3-ingredient recipe calls for a corned beef brisket that comes with the seasoning package, but don’t worry if you can’t find one of those.
Just use your favorite seasoning package instead, or you could even make your own, by combining some of your favorite herbs and spices. If you don’t wish to make side dishes separately, you can always add some veggies into the crock pot as well, and let them cook to perfection with the corned beef!
Ingredients
2-3 lb corned beef brisket
1 can of beer (more, if needed)
seasoning packet (included, or use your favorite)
Instructions:
Cover the bottom of the pot with beer to come up to the bottom of the brisket, to keep it from burning or sticking.
Place the brisket in fat side up.
Sprinkle seasoning over the top.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
