Bold, Juicy, And Richly Flavored: Baked Pork Chops

Before he left for college, I made sure to take a few days to spend with my boy in the kitchen. I didn’t want him to go off into the big bad world with no idea how to cook for himself. I asked him to give me a few ideas for dishes that he would like to learn how to cook so I could make sure to pick up all the ingredients at the grocery store before we got started. On the list were simple things like mac and cheese, pizza, and other pasta dishes. I was shocked when he said the pork chops from his party. They really must have made an impression!

I kind of forgot about cooking pork chops for my family. I’m so glad I found this recipe!

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops, 1/2″ thick
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 c Kraft parmesan cheese
1 c Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp McCormick’s garlic powder

Instructions

On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture.

Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.

Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
