Every fall I am totally into making apple desserts.
I remember one special day a couple of years back… The local apple orchard was in full swing and my family and I just went picking apples. It was a good time and we got lots of apples and even a bushel of peaches. There was definitely something I would call a storm of baking going on in my household! I can’t say I really enjoyed the cleanup part of it, but seeing my kids’ faces when they had their first bite of this delicious apple cream cake snack made it all worth while.
This apple cream cake is a no-bake dessert that only takes minimal effort to put together. It’s very dreamy! Not only does my family love it, but everyone tastes it has something positive to say. This would be a winner for potlucks, for sure!
