One Of Our All Time Favorite Casserole Recipes!
When I was growing up my mother would often concoct recipes such as this burger and noodle casserole for us kids to eat. my dad was a truck driver so she’d often toss together leftovers from the fridge for us kids to eat while dad was on the road. I imagine it saved her a lot of time and money. One of the casseroles that mom would make was beefy noodle casserole smothered in shredded cheese. It was delicious!
What I like most about this recipe is how crazy easy it is to make. Plus, it’s quite economical as there aren’t a million ingredients to add to your shopping list.
In fact, you may even have all the ingredients in your pantry and refrigerator and won’t even need a trip to the supermarket. Score!
