The Whole Table Will Be Saying Ole After Eating This Burrito Casserole

Whenever we have extra kids at our house, this is one of the casseroles that I like to make. There aren’t too many kids that will turn their noses up at something covered in delicious melty cheese, at least not that I have run into yet. I like that we can serve a large group without running out. I usually start with some sort of dip and cheese and then finish up with this. You really don’t need anything else. It’s filling just the way it is. If you’re lucky enough to get leftovers, those are delicious too!

4 oz. of Daisy sour cream

1/2 choppped medium yellow onion

your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

First brown meat and onion, then drain off grease.

Next you can add meat back to pot, and add taco seasoning and refried beans.

Now take a separate bowl and add the soup plus the sour cream.

Then you want to take 1/2 c of sour craem and lather on the casserole dish’s bottom.

With your hands, break up a couple of tortillas and lay them over the sour cream.

Now add about 1/2 of the meat over the tortillas.

For some heat splash some hot sauce.

Keep repeating this until individual taste.

Add some shredded cheese.

Now bake, 350 degrees approx. 20-25 min.

Quick Tip: You can leave out the refried beans if you don’t like them… I use salsa instead.
