Whenever I make this, I know that there is going to by some yummy gravy left over in the bottom of the pan, so I plan to make up some mashed potatoes or pasta to go with it. Sometimes I will even cut up the chicken and mix the noodles right in making this into more of a casserole type dish. It’s super simple and very tasty. Serve up with a garden salad and some fresh bread and you have a restaurant quality meal with barely any effort… and a small grocery bill!

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1-8 oz tub Daisy sour cream
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Place chicken in glass baking dish.
Then in bowl add all other ingredients and mix, then pour over chicken.
Bake covered with aluminium foil for 1 hr, then uncover and bake for 30 min.
