I had so many moms come up and ask me what the snacks were made of. The couldn’t believe that it was only four ingredients. These would be awesome to take in to school on a snack day or to make as an afternoon snack. this recipe can easily be doubled if you need more… and you probably will because they go fast. Store any leftovers in an air-tight container for a week or so to keep them from getting stale. Chances are they aren’t going to last that long!

1 box of Ritz Crackers
1/2 to 1 cup Jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 to 1 cup Nestle Toll House chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
1/4 teaspoon vanilla, optional
Instructions
In an sauce pan.Mix together peanut butter, chocolate chips or peanut butter chips and optional vanilla.Dip the crackers into the chocolate mixture.Once done add them onto wax paper.Let cool and add to an container or an zip lock bag and or what ever you choice.
