Two Of The Most Popular Breakfast Items Have Been Combined Into Something Amazing

It was time again for our monthly book club meeting. It was probably my most favorite time of the month. I got a chance to get out of the house, most importantly I was out of the house kid-free. Granted it was only about an hour or so, it was so worth it. The adult conversation, refreshing beverages, and delicious snacks made me want to stay there forever. This past month, it was at our house, so I got to really go all out. It was on a Friday night too, so we got to extend the time slot of our meeting just a tad too.

I had a whole buffet of appetizers, snacks, and various desserts set out. I have come to realize that the more you feed people, the longer they stay around. I wanted this book club meeting to last until the wee hours of the morning…okay maybe not that long.

The favorite out of all the foods that I had made were these blueberry muffin oatmeal cookies that I got the recipe for on The Seasoned Mom. It was the only tray that was completely empty at the end of the night.
