There is one thing that I love about summer and that’s cooking outside on the grill. It’s a flavor that can’t be duplicated in the house. The problem is, you can only eat so many hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts before even those get a little boring. After mastering all my main meats, potatoes, and other grilled veggies, I was ready to expand my horizons and try something even more unique. The Recipe Rebel offered me what I was looking for.
I found these pork grilled peppers one week while browsing around, and I grabbed up all the ingredients at my shopping trip and made them that very weekend. As soon as the smell starting blowing around the deck, I knew I had a winner.
My husband even came out from his spot where he was working in the yard to ask me what it was that smelled so tasty. As soon as I showed him, his eyes lit right up. The best part? They taste even better than they look.
