You Don’t Have To Be Italian To Understand These Italian Cream Cupcakes

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think that I’ve ever come across anything with cream cheese on or in it that I didn’t instantly fall in love with. It is, without a doubt, one of my most favorite ingredients to cook with. It seems if you add it to your dish, you are going to automatically come out with something good. These Italian cream cupcakes from Spiced One Dash At A Time are no exception to that rule. They are the best tiny cakes I have ever tasted.

The funny thing about them, is there is really not one thing Italian about them. That’s just the name they were given. I don’t really care what you call them. It’s not going to change how good they are.

Whenever I make these and take them anywhere, I always get tons of compliments and requests for a copy of the recipe. I am more than happy to share this little treasure with all of my friends and family.
