My sister was having a baby shower for her daughter, my niece, and I wanted to do my part to help out. She invited me to assist in the decorating along with some of the planning, and I was super grateful to be included. I didn’t have any children of my own, so this is something that I would have never been able to experience otherwise. They were also making all of their own foods, so of course, I had to do something in that department as well. They assigned me a dessert.
They weren’t specific with what they wanted, they just said that they already had a cake purchased so that part was covered. I decided to try something a little more fancy like. Super cute for a baby shower kind of stuff.
I located these brownie bites on A Latte Food and figured it was just the right size. I couldn’t believe how simple they were to make yet they looked so complicated. Everyone at the party really enjoyed them. They were gone before I left!

Quick Tip: You can make these nut-free and leave out the pecans without sacrificing the taste.
