My son was finally done with sports for the school year, finishing out a decent soccer season. I was more excited to not have to run around every week and all weekend to practices, games, and tournaments. It seemed to be never ending. The day of their last game, my boy asked if he could invite a few of his closest teammates over for a sleepover. Of course, I told him that it was okay. They all came over and played video games and hung out in the basement for the night. I barely heard a peep out of them.
When they woke up, I knew that they were going to be hungry. I needed to do something that was going to fill everyone up so that they didn’t raid and empty out my kitchen cupboards and fridge. Thanks to The Seasoned Mom, I had this recipe handy.
I whipped it up that morning before everyone started moving around, and it was done in no time. They woke up and devoured the entire pan in no time. Serve it up with a hashbrown and you’ll have a sure crowd pleaser.
