I never much thought that we could have sub sandwiches for dinner, until I tried these meatballs subs. Holy smokes were they tasty. Everyone from my husband down to my picky three-year-old gobbled these right down. There wasn’t a single meatball left to speak of. The greatest thing was how simple these were to make. The meatballs were store bought, so there wasn’t much work to do when it came to those.
I imagine that you could do homemade meatballs too, if you have the time and want a bigger homemade flavor. I think that Cravings Of A Lunatic got this one just right though.
We could have these out on the table at least once a week I think and the family would be happy. I would be okay with that too, because they are so easy to make.
