Definitely Blue Ribbon-Worthy!!
I was going to be heading out to a meeting with the ladies from our book club later in the week, and I decided that I wanted to take some sort of snack… like I always do. Usually I take a pie or cake or brownies or something like that. I usually didn’t take cookies just because I used to make them so much in the past, I wanted to work on different recipes. The basic chocolate chip cookie was all but forgotten. That was up until I found this recipe on All Recipes. I had looked all my life for something like this.
There was never a time that I could get my cookies just right. I had all but really given up on that aspect. For some reason when I saw this, I figured I would give it one more shot. Boy, am I glad that I did.
These turned out amazingly. They weren’t all that difficult to make, they just took some time, like most cookies do. They were so great, there wasn’t a single one left in the bowl at the end of the meeting. I even had a few of the ladies ask me for the recipe!
