You’ll Want To Lick Your Plate Clean
Whenever my grand children come over, I love to just spoil them almost to the point of rotten… but not quite. I used to always have ice cream, candy, and cookies on hand so that they could get their nice sugar intake going before I would send them back home. That’s what Grandparents are for, right? After a while though, I decided, along with my daughter, that it was okay for them to have those things some times, but they also needed good snacks.
They all love fruit, and that’s healthy. So, I had to think about what I could do with it that would make it jazzed up a bit so that they would be more likely to grab that instead of the junk. That’s when I found this recipe on Spend With Pennies.
Not only did it look delicious, it was also pretty simple to toss together. Now, when they stop in after school, I try to have this available as an option, and they usually go for it.
