We have chicken at least three times a week at my house it feels like. I love chicken, but I struggle coming up with new recipes that can make the main entree interesting. We do baked, fried, chicken casseroles, salads, all kinds of things. Chicken is fairly inexpensive so it’s always stocked up in the fridge. One day, while I was on my lunch break at work, I was just aimlessly browsing through so different chicken recipes online. That’s when I came across this beauty.
At first while I was checking out Spend With Pennies and found this, I thought that it was just a little too strange for me. I checked the ingredients list though, and I already had everything I needed on hand. That made me realize that I should probably just give it a try.
The flavor that came out of this dish was like something I had never experienced. I already love pickles, so they flavor of those added to a traditional bacon and chicken taste was just out of this world. I’ll be making this again for sure!
