In the summer time I love to grill, but my grill broke recently and I just haven’t had the time to get another one. Honestly, I don’t really miss it that much because it was a lot of maintenance and I might have had a slight fire mishap once. So, I’ve decided to use my broiler more often. I never used my broiler up until a couple of years ago and I love it!
I have been making quite a few dishes that require the use of my broiler. These dishes have been turning out wonderful! So, I have really been putting my broiler to the test and so far it has been passing with flying colors. I had been craving kebabs for quite some time now, but I thought that they would not taste good unless I had them on the grill.
I was wrong! I made some balsamic kebabs and put them under the broiler and they turned out so wonderful! The flavors were so delicious that I could not just have one kebab. I may or may not have had three of them! I made a ton of them and had plenty of leftovers for the next day. This was seriously one of the best kebab meals that I had ever made and I will make these again soon!
