My daughter’s birthday was coming up and she was so excited! She was mostly excited because in her class they have a little party at lunch time for the birthday kid. She was so happy that it was finally her turn to get the lunch time birthday party! She was excited to bring a treat for the entire class. She wasn’t sure what she wanted to bring, but she did not want to bring the typically candy or brownie.
My little daughter is very vibrant and full of life. She is anything but shy so I knew that I had to think of something that would speak to her bigger than life personality. I didn’t want to make anything that looked boring. I didn’t want to bring anything that was typical like cup cakes either. I wanted to make something truly unique that she would be so proud to present
I looked and I found the perfect dessert! These funfetti crispy bars are amazing! They are so beautiful with all of the colors and are super yummy. When I showed my daughter the picture she was so excited that she did a happy dance. If I get a happy dance then I know that I have done a good job. She was really happy to help me make them too. Every kid in her class loved these delicious sweet treats!
