Not all that long ago, my husband’s cousin invited us over to his place for dinner. Him and my husband were always very close. They grew up together, so it wasn’t unusual that we hung out with him and his wife on a pretty regular basis. It seemed as though something was different this time though. There was a sense of urgency that I felt when he sent through the invitation. I just couldn’t seem to put my finger on it.
When we got there, I saw that his wife had put together the most amazing chicken parmesan meal that I had ever seen. There was a fresh salad, some warm homemade bread sticks, and the yummy looking main entree.
They meal was incredible. She said that she found it on All Recipes and she was waiting for a special occasion to try it out… but what was the special occasion?
