During the colder months I miss grilling food and the delicious smell of barbecue. I love when you step outside of your door and you smell something cooking outside in the neighborhood. I mean you know that smell could make you run all over the neighborhood looking for the cooking food. Well, at least that delicious smell can send me on a hunt!
I try my best to bring the barbecue to my kitchen in those cold months. It’s my only solace when all I see outside of the window is cold snow and ice! So, I love to think of recipes that I can cook in my kitchen that give me that summer grilled or barbecue feeling. I seriously could eat anything grilled or anything that is smothered in barbecue sauce or seasoning.
One of my favorite recipes to get me through the winter month is this barbecue chicken bubble up casserole. The yummy biscuits and barbecue chicken is so delicious. Then you add the cheese to really top it off! Can you say yum and yes please? This casserole is one that my family absolutely adores. They really love when we have our pretend grill out in the middle of February!
