My home state has a wonderful little Bavarian style German town. I love it there. It feels like you stepped right into old Bavaria Germany. The houses are so cute! Oh my goodness! The whole town is adorable. All of the shops are absolutely beautiful and so fun to explore! I think that I took a million hours looking carefully through every single shop that I stepped in to.
One of the shops that I loved was the Cheese Haus. First of all I love cheese. I am an addict. And this cheese shop had tons of samples. I think I tried 100 different types of cheese that day and I did not regret it at all. I’ve never had chocolate cheese before and it was absolutely delicious! Another thing that was great about this town were the German restaurants!
We ate at this authentic German restaurant and it was beyond delicious. I stuffed myself silly. My husband got the braised beer rolls and I thought they looked kind of weird at first. Nothing I would eat. Until he made me try them and then I regretted not getting that dish myself. I knew that I had to make these when I got home. This recipe is so delicious and I was so happy how they turned out. You must try this!
